Agent 212 is a series of Belgian cartoon comedy, whose main character is a police officer and debonair blunderer. For marital status, Agent 212 is called Arthur Delfouille. The design of the series is provided by Daniel Kox and the screenplay by Raoul Cauvin.
The first appearance of Agent 212 took place in the Journal de Spirou in 1975. Dupuis then released 26 albums in this series in french and Dutch. Some gags involve the character of Tombstone, destroyer of his hero, another comic with Raoul Cauvin is the screenwriter.
In addition to the agent 212, the main characters are:
- Albert: agent, involuntary accomplice of the blunders of the agent 212.
- Commissioner Raoul Lebrun: It must support the many blunders o the agent 212 (when it is not the victim) and therefore, reprimands from his superiors. What it is sometimes as punishment for being in traffic...
